Ken Lo

Ken Lo (also known as Kenneth Low) is a Hong Kong stuntman and actor born in Cambodia (near the Laotian border) in March 19, 1957. In 1972, when he was 15 years old, he moved from Cambodia to Thailand, then 5 years later, he fled to Hong Kong where he met Jackie Chan and became his bodyguard in 1987.
During his time in Thailand, his idol was Bruce Lee which lead him to practice Muay Thai (Thai Boxing) and became 7-time free fighting champion between 1982 and 1984 so his chance finally came with his first movie White Class (1985) starring Sam Hui directed by Tsui Hark.
In 1987, he met Jackie Chan on the set of Project A Part II and Jackie hired him as his own bodyguard. Not only he became Jackie Chan's bodyguard but he also played many martial arts movies. One of his famous movie is Drunken Master II (1994) for the final fight.
In 2005, Ken Lo made his first American movie Into the Sun with Steven Seagal which failed. But in Hong Kong, Ken is still making movies (with and without Jackie Chan) and is still very famous around Asia.
