Ken Inglis

Kenneth Stanley Inglis (born 1929) is an Australian historian.
Inglis completed his Master's degree at the University of Melbourne and his doctrate at the University of Oxford. He was appointed as a lecturer in 1956 to the University of Adelaide. He was subsequently Professor of History at the Australian National University and the University of Papua New Guinea.
Inglis has written extensively: on the ANZAC tradition, the Stuart Case, war memorials, and the Australian Broadcasting Corporation.
