KEMY-LP is a low-power television station in Eureka, California, broadcasting locally on channel 33 as an affiliate of MyNetworkTV. Founded July 20, 1994, the station is owned by Raul Broadcasting, and is operated by the Eureka Television Group and Sainte Partners II, L.P.

The station now occupies the former channel number of its sister station KUVU, which become an affiliate of CW Network and moved to channel 9. The moves took place on September 5, 2006, to correspond with the launch of MNTV, although CW programming on KUVU did not begin until September 18, 2006.
