Keuring Electrotechnisch Materieel Arnhem (KEMA) is a multinational corporation for quality assurance and product certification of electrical equipment. It was founded in Arnhem, Netherlands in 1927. KEMA also performs business consulting in energy and technology implementation.

The quality mark KEMA-KEUR has been most likely related to KEMA, but would date from 1924, three years earlier by its establishment.
