I would suggest reverting back to the public domain Image:Kelly Hu Head.jpg (or any other PD image of Hu). "Fair use" is something one is supposed to justify, and I don't see the reason to take a legal risk, if we have a public domain source. Note: I have no objection to the actual image (Image:Kelhu.jpg), it actually looks better than the PD one, and would happily use it, if it was PD; and further I have no objection to "fair use", if it's the only option. Also note, that the tag "promophoto" (used in Image:Kelhu.jpg) is wrong, it's not from a known source (none is stated) and it's not a promo photo. --rob 22:33, 18 August 2005 (UTC)
- Another image Image:Kelly Hu0001.jpg was used, and I took it out, and nominated it for deletion. It claimed to be public-domain, but it clearly is not. --rob 04:31, 23 October 2005 (UTC)
I was messing around with an image I thought might be PD, but decided not to bother and replaced back the old picture.Sorrowek 07:35, 15 December 2005 (UTC)
[edit] public domain image
The public domain image in this article, may not be replaced by a fairuse image, per WP:FAIR. If anybody does not like the image, please find a better *free* image. --Rob 02:47, 12 May 2006 (UTC)
[edit] Ethnicity
The article currently states that Kelly is Asian-American, a statement contradicted by the fact (stated later) that she is Chinese/Hawaiian/English. I'm truncating it to "American", and it should stay that way until and unless a better phrase or justification for the old one appears. 128.12.186.192 08:34, 7 December 2006 (UTC)
