Kelvin Davis (born Bedford, 29 September 1976) is a football goalkeeper for Southampton F.C. He was signed from Sunderland on 21 July 2006 for £1.2 million.

Davis has also played for Luton Town , Wimbledon and Ipswich Town, where he enjoyed the acclaim of Championship Goalkeeper of the year, helping steer Ipswich to 3rd in the table. (he has also had loan spells at Torquay and Hartlepool).

Davis had a difficult spell at Sunderland, being criticised by fans for some errors made during important games culminating in an angry fan invading the pitch and abusing him. One of the most obvious was when he let in a 45 yard effort from Matthew Taylor of Portsmouth against Sunderland in 2005.

In an attempt to rebuild his career after his difficult spell at Sunderland, Davis has now joined Southampton F.C. of The Championship for a fee reported to be around £1.25m. He will link up with former goalkeeping coach Malcolm Webster, who coached him during his successful spell at Ipswich.

He has become somewhat of a joke on Football Manager 2007, being valued at an astonishing £8,000,000.
