Kelsey Brigel

Kelsey Brigel is a beauty queen from Draper, Utah who will compete in the Miss Teen USA pageant in 2007.
Brigel won the Miss Utah Teen USA 2007 title in a state pageant held in Salt Lake City, Utah on September 23 2006.[1] She will now represent Utah in the Miss Teen USA 2007 pageant broadcast live from an as-yet un-announced location in August 2007. In that pageant she will attempt to become only the second delegate from Utah to place in the nationally televised pageant since 1995. This was her first attempt at the title.
Brigel, who attends Juan Diego Catholic High School, in Draper,[2] was crowned by outgoing titleholder Liz Leyda of Logan. Her "sister" titleholder is Heather Anderson of Sandy, Miss Utah USA 2007.
