Kellogg is a city in Wabasha County, Minnesota, along the Zumbro River. The population was 439 at the 2000 census.

According to the United States Census Bureau, the city has a total area of 0.8 km² (0.3 mi²). 0.8 km² (0.3 mi²) of it is land and 3.33% is water.

As of the census2 of 2000, there were 439 people, 175 households, and 117 families residing in the city. The population density was 584.5/km² (1,511.0/mi²). There were 177 housing units at an average density of 235.7/km² (609.2/mi²). The racial makeup of the city was 99.77% White, and 0.23% from two or more races.
There were 175 households out of which 33.1% had children under the age of 18 living with them, 53.7% were married couples living together, 8.0% had a female householder with no husband present, and 33.1% were non-families. 27.4% of all households were made up of individuals and 12.6% had someone living alone who was 65 years of age or older. The average household size was 2.51 and the average family size was 3.03.
In the city the population was spread out with 28.5% under the age of 18, 6.6% from 18 to 24, 28.0% from 25 to 44, 21.4% from 45 to 64, and 15.5% who were 65 years of age or older. The median age was 37 years. For every 100 females there were 95.1 males. For every 100 females age 18 and over, there were 91.5 males.
The median income for a household in the city was $37,885, and the median income for a family was $40,515. Males had a median income of $28,125 versus $22,885 for females. The per capita income for the city was $16,216. About 6.5% of families and 14.0% of the population were below the poverty line, including 18.8% of those under age 18 and 9.5% of those age 65 or over.
