[edit] Copyright violation

This article used to contain much more information, but it was a direct dump from Keith Hightower's official website. I have removed that material as a copyright violation. — BrianSmithson 20:49, 28 February 2006 (UTC)

[edit] Deletion

This article seems rather useless. It doesn't contain any useful information, nor does it provide more than a simple picture of a more than obsolete provincial politician. I'd suggest deletion.

He's the mayor of a city of 200,000 people. I'm not sure if that's "provincial" or worth deleting, but you can try: Wikipedia:Articles for deletion. — BrianSmithson 14:27, 9 March 2006 (UTC)

Sorry for the "provincial", but my point is that there isn't any information about him. You might as well look him up on google or yahoo.

Well, there was more information, but it was copyright violation from his personal website. My own view is that it's not hurting anything to have this stub here as a placeholder until someone decides to write more about the guy. [edit] Who preceeded him?

The text says he succeeded Hazel Beard, but the box at the botton of the page says he succeeded Bo Williams. Anyone know who it was? — BrianSmithson 11:48, 23 May 2006 (UTC)

He came after Bo Williams who came after Hazel Beard. I think someone should put up info about the backwards political garbage that he has used over the years...Like intimidating local writers and bullying other politicians into his views....He's probably the most destructive Mayor the city has ever seen...
