Keith Hunter Jesperson (born 6 April 1955 in Chilliwack, British Columbia, Canada) is known as The Happy Face Killer. Jesperson has claimed to have murdered up to 160 people in California, Florida, Washington, Oregon, and Wyoming. He is currently serving a life sentence at the Oregon State Penitentiary.
