Keiko Hikono, also known as "Keiko's apartment," is an internet scam purporting to be a Japanese girl who offers her apartment and sexual favors to anyone who meets her criteria. Those who e-mail Keiko get short responses asking for photographs, and other personal information.

Keiko Hikono claims to be a 26-year-old University student, and her apartment is claimed to be in Ochanomizu,Tokyo.

While the exact nature of this scam is unknown, it is evident that the person who created the website is not a native speaker of Japanese. The overall nature of the Japanese used to create the page, as well as the formal tone and grammar, belies the casual nature of the English used in the English-language sections.

The pictures that are posted of the woman claiming to be Keiko are actually taken from the homepage of Jenni Cheung, a Chinese American 22-year-old former UCLA student, who is living in Los Angeles.
