Kathy Gill is an avid motorcyclist and political junkie. A senior lecturer at the University of Washington, Department of Communication, Digital Media Program, she is interested in how communication technologies affect collaboration as well as the impact of new technologies on mainstream journalism. When she has time, she blogs these issues at wiredPen. A native of Georgia, she now lives in suburban Seattle, WA with her SO Mike, a Cairn terrier named Katie and a Manx kitty named Rocco.
