Kegedonce Press in Canada is owned and by Kateri Akiwenzie-Damm and is committed to publishing work by Indigenous people. It is one of the few Native-run, Native focused presses in North America, publishing breakthrough work by some of the most important Native writers currently in print, including titles by Akiwenzie-Damm, Joanne Arnott, Joseph Dandurand, David Groulx, Al Hunter, Daniel Heath Justice, Basil Johnston, Joseph (Tony) McDonald, and Richard Van Camp.
