KCFR

KCFR, KCFC, and KKPC are AM radio stations in owned and operated by Colorado Public Radio. The three stations broadcast the same signal from different locations; KCFR broadcasts on AM 1340 in Denver, KCFC broadcasts on AM 1490 in Boulder, and KKPC broadcasts on AM 1230 in Pueblo. KCFR is also heard on FM stations owned and operated by CPR including KPYR 88.3 FM in Craig, KPRH 88.3 FM in Montrose and KPRN 89.5 FM in Grand Junction. Some of KCFR's programing is heard on KPRE 89.9 FM which also carries programing from KVOD.

KCFR and KCFC broadcast programming from National Public Radio (including Morning Edition and All Things Considered), American Public Media (including A Prairie Home Companion), and Public Radio International (including This American Life and The World), as well as original daily interview show Colorado Matters.
