KBLN is an affiliate of the Three Angels Broadcasting Network (3ABN) based in Grants Pass, Oregon and is included in the Medford, Oregon, market (#141). The station, owned by Better Life Television, Inc., is seen in five counties in southern Oregon, plus Siskiyou County in northern California.

Better Life Television is an outreach organization of the Seventh-day Adventist Church who are dedicated to the broadcasting of denominationally approved, multi-faceted television programs which are uplifting and lead to complete Christian living. The station managers are Ron and Marta Davis.

Better Life Television is a viewer-supported non-profit television station with a 501(c)3 status. They operate by donations and volunteers, and are not subsidized by the Seventh-day Adventist Church or Three Angels Broadcasting Network.
