KAZO-LP is the Azteca America affiliate in Omaha, Nebraska. The station is carried on some area cable systems and over the air on UHF channel 57 (digital 38.2). The station is also rebroadcast on KCAZ-LP channel 57 in Columbus, KWAZ-LP channel 56 in Lincoln, KAZJ-LP channel 46 in Norfolk, KAZS-LP channel 23 in South Sioux City, and KHJP-LP channel 29 in Valentine, with more repeaters planned.

KAZO-LP was originally a repeater for KXVO before the change of affiliation.

The station is owned by Pappas Telecasting, who also owns KPTM, KHGI and KTVG. The station is identified on-air as "Azteca Nebraska".
