Kayleigh Crowe was a fictional character in the popular ITV soap Emmerdale. Her first appearance was in July 2005. She was played by Lily Jane Stead.

Bubbly Kayleigh is the best friend of Emmerdale schoolgirl Victoria Sugden. It was them who gave Kayleigh’s dad Martin a helping hand when he was trying to woo Louise Appleton. Not standing for any of her dad’s nonsense, Kayleigh told Louise that her dad was interested – and now they’re living together happily. Like most young girls Kayleigh has got a mischievous streak and seems to find trouble, for example when her father was angry when she got drunk with Daz Eden.

Victoria and Kayleigh wanted to hang out with Daz as Kayleigh Had a crush on him. He set them a task to steal something from Viv hope's shop. Victoria distracted Viv whilst Kayleigh stole a chocolate bar. They got caught and Kayleigh was upset when Daz Kissed Debbie Dingle.

Kayleigh and Victoria caused trouble for Chastity Dingle's 12 son Aaron when the told him about chas's cousin Delilah Dingle's affair with Chas's Partner Carl King.Aaron told his mum and left Emmerdale.

Kayleigh encourged Louise to enter the woolpack 'curry-oke' night with a mixture of curry and Karoke on at the night. She borrowed Victoria's Karoke Machine so Louise could practise. However Louise ended up being a laughing stock as she couldn't sing.

In June 2006 Kayleigh and her best friend Victoria Sugden started playing knock and run at their neighbour, Edna Birch's house. When they ran away Victoria's phone fell out of her pocket and Edna found it. She refused to give it back until both girls appologised. Kayleigh refused. In an attempt to get Victoria's phone back they broke into Edna's house when she was out waking her dog. The girls got caught and Kayleigh ran away. Edna caught Victoria and when Victoria mimicked her, she slapped her across the face.

In August Kayleigh and her dad moved away from Emmerdale after Louise confessed to murdering her ex boyfriend. Martin didn't tell Kayleigh the truth about why they had to leave. He just said that it was work and that they wanted him to be nearer the station. Kayleigh was very upset and didn't want to leave Louise.

Kayleigh later returned to visit Louise. She questioned Louise about why she had dumped her dad. Louise said that Martin had dumped her because things weren't working out. Kayleigh was angry and didn't believe Louise, saying her dad would never lie to her. Louise still wanted to see Kayleigh but Kayleigh said that she and her dad never wanted to see her again.

Kayleigh is still seen on screen ocasionaly to spend time with Victoria. Kayleigh and Victoria threw eggs at Viv Hope's shop, prompting the Pregnant postmistress to collapes in fear after the recent armed robbery because she thought that she was being robbed.

Kayleigh, Victoria and their friend Jenny went to a nightclub after a woman had Given Victoria tickets to go there. They got all dressed up and told Victoria's dad Jack that they were going out. Although they didn't stay long as they spotted Victoria's brother Andy and a lot of other Emmerdale resedants at the club. As they were leaving, Andy's lodger Jo Stiles saw them and told them about the dodgy people in the club but promised not to tell Jack that they had been there.
