Kathy Webb (born Blytheville, Arkansas) is an American politician from Arkansas. A Democrat, she will be a member of the Arkansas House of Representatives from January 2007, having won the Democratic primary on May 23, 2006 in the state's 37th district (map). No Republican filed for the seat, which is based in downtown Little Rock.

Educated at Hall High School in Little Rock, Webb took her BA in Political Science at Randolph-Macon Woman's College in Lynchburg, Virginia. She has spent her career in the hospitality industry and is the owner of an award-winning restaurant in Little Rock.

A lesbian, when sworn in, she will become the first ever openly gay elected official in the history of the state of Arkansas.
