Kateh

Kateh is a type of Persian Rice, which, unlike Chelow, is sticky and does not have Taadig (the golden rice crust at the buttom. Which is considered a delight in Iran). Kateh is considered one of the most simple Persian rice there is, and it is easy to cook. It is also the traditional dish of Gilan.
