Catherine "Kate" Davis Higgins (Born August 16, 1969 in Charlottesville, Virginia) is a voice actress and singer with a degree in music from Auburn University. She is also a trained pianist who studied with the jazz pianist, the late Bob Richardson. She has also been credited under the name of Kate Davis.
She is best known as the voice of Sakura Haruno on the hit show Naruto.

- In the Naruto Anime Profiles data book, ironically, Kate Higgins stated that her favourite Naruto character other than Sakura Haruno (the one she plays) is Sasuke Uchiha (the character Sakura likes in Part I of the series).
