Hello, Chris Thorman,
I notice that you have changed the photographer credit to simply reflect the person who actually took the picture, and am glad that you have corrected that detail. However, you have indicated {{PD-self}} as a license for the photo. That reads:
I, the creator of this work, hereby release it into the public domain. This applies worldwide.
In case this is not legally possible,
I grant any entity the right to use this work for any purpose, without any conditions, unless such conditions are required by law.
Given that you were not the photographer, do you have any basis for being considered the creator of that photo? If so, could you please explain.
If not, could you please let us know what arrangements have been made for permission for Wikipedia to use the image and correct the appropriate area on the image's page.
Thanks for your attention, and sorry for any inconvenience this causes to you. - Cafemusique 03:56, 7 December 2006 (UTC)
