I think Kashmir, the base name article, should remain (be restored to) the article on the Kashmir region, and an otheruses template can then point to the existing Kashmir (disambiguation) page for disambiguation. But if that is undesirable, then the existing disambiguation article should be moved to the base name; there shouldn't be two disambiguations, one at the base name and one as (disambiguation). -- JHunterJ 13:41, 5 November 2006 (UTC)
