Kastellaun

Kastellaun is a town and a municipality in the Rhein-Hunsrück district, in Rhineland-Palatinate, Germany. It is situated in the Hunsrück, approx. 11 km northwest of Simmern, and 35 km southwest of Koblenz.

Kastellaun is also the seat of the Verbandsgemeinde ("collective municipality") Kastellaun, which consists of the following Ortsgemeinden ("local municipalities"):
