I believe she is. She is a political blogger.

[edit] Notability

For what it's worth, Karol has substituted for Michelle Malkin on numerous occasions.

I realize that-for some inexplicable reason-people here look down upon weblogs-at least as far as "notability" is concerned-but I don't see why a blogger/journalist as prominent-and prolific-as Michelle Malkin shouldn't be taken into consideration in this instance.
