Karl Dodd (born November 19, 1980 in Southport, Queensland, Australia) is an Australian footballer who plays as a centre back for Falkirk in the Scottish Premier League.

He played for the Brisbane Strikers before being recruited by the Queensland Roar for the revamped A-League competition. After half a season with the lowly ranked Queensland Roar he signed for Romanian club FC Universitatea Craiova in January 2006. However, after failing to settle with the club he quickly moved on, joining Falkirk on a short-term contract in March 2006.[1]

In May 2006, he agreed a new one-year deal to stay at the club.[2]
