Kari Keegan is an American actress who was born on 9 April 1969 in Pittsburg, Pennsylvania. Kari's first role was as a Biker Girl in The Prince of Pennsylvania (1988) and after that she moved to Los Angeles with a couple of friends with the hope of acting. She went to the auditions for Jason Goes to Hell: The Final Friday (1993) in 1992. Originally she auditioned and wanted the role of 'Vicki' but that role was given to Allison Smith and she ended up with the lead as 'Jessica Kimble'.

After Kari had a small uncredited role in Jerry Maguire (1996) and stuck to commercials. In 1998 she got married and had gone quiet ever since. However in 2003 she got the lead in an independent film Mind Games (2003). She recently appeared at the Camp Crystal Lake book launch in California.
