Karen M. Hartley-Nagle (born 1962) is Executive Director of The Nagle Foundation and is a candidate in the 2006 race for the single Delaware seat in the United States House of Representatives.

Karen Hartley-Nagle was born in Bryn Mawr, Pennsylvania on August 18, 1962. Her education is in the areas of art and design, received from Moore College of Art, Delaware Technical and Community College and Wilmington College. She switched residence from Pennsylvania to Delaware in 1990 following having spent many childhood summers on the shore of Delaware Bay. In 2004 she became Executive Director of The Nagle Foundation, a non-profit organization focusing on child welfare, a post she still holds in 2006. Ms. Hartley-Nagle is a single mother of one son and three daughters.

Karen Hartley-Nagle has not held an elected office as of 2006. Ms. Hartley-Nagle participated as an Independent candidate in the 2004 Delaware State Senate race for the 17th District Seat, but was not elected. Ms. Hartley-Nagle is now the Independent candidate in the 2006 race for the single Delaware seat in the United States House of Representatives. She participated in the primary election for this race as a Democratic candidate, but converted to Independent after losing the Democratic primary to Dennis Spivack.
