Karel Voous

Karel Hendrik Voous PhD, MA (June 23, 1920 - January 31, 2002) was a Dutch ornithologist and author.
He was Secretary-General, (1966-1970) and Honorary President (1990-1994) of the International Ornithological Committee.
An obituary appeared in British Birds magazine Volume 95, No. (5), pages 257-259.
