Karam Apnaa Apnaa is an Indian television series.

Karam Apnaa Apnaa is the story of a small-town girl who goes through a lot of hardships and finally comes out with triumphant colors. Gauri hails from a small hamlet of West Bengal, a sweet and simple girl who always wants to see her family happy.

Gauri's family comprises of her dad Alok, who is a vaidya (village doctor) by profession and is highly respected in his community, her younger sister Kaya who is very studious and aims to be a doctor, mashi ma and a brother and sister-in-law who live with them but do not share a good relationship with the rest of the family.

Gauri puts the happiness of others before herself. All she desires for herself is a loving husband. On the threshold of marriage, she is on the verge of turning her dream into reality... Then she meets Shashank (Gautaum from Kyunki Saas Bhi Kabhi Bahu Thi) It turns out her father has got an arranged marriage with Shashank. at first she misunderstands Shashank but eventually falls in love.

They then go to Mumbai where she is to be married and to visit Mahen Uncle (Alok's rich childhood friend)and his family. Mahen's daughter Palak is to be married. On the day of Palak's engagement Gauri walks in to Palak's room and finddas Palak with another boy.

When everyone comes looking for them Palak has escaped but Gauri and the boy was still left in the room. then everyone comes in and thinks Gauri was in the room with the boy including Shashank. But soon everyone finds out the truth and apologizes to Gauri.

After that gauri prepares to marry shashank, her fiance, but when she goes to mumbai to You all jus suckkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkd she sees shivs - (her fiances friend and her dad aloks best friends sons) car and reports him to the police not knowing that shiv was in the car. shiv wants to get revenge so he brakes of shashank and gauris engagment and then is told to marry gauri because he is responsible for her loss. so by forced he agrees but vows to himself that he will never keep her happy and will soon kick her out of the house. but as the story goes on, shiv slowly begins to fall in love with gauri and when this is nearly done, shashank is entered back into the drama and it all goes wrong again. theres also devika who has something against shiv and gauris marriage and is trying all her best to break it and befoe shiv falls in love with gauri he gets a man that gauri new from the past that would interfere with his and gauris future and this is what he wanted at first. thats all for now. done by yas

Karam Apnaa Apnaa is shown on STAR Plus from Monday to Thursday at 9.30pm in the United Kingdom and India, and was later replaced by Kavyanjali

Gauri does not marry shashank for he disappers on their wedding day so she marries Shiv who is forced by his father and who also happens to be unable to stand the sight of her
