Kara Karga training camp

The Kara Karga training camp is an Afghan terrorist training camp during the period of the Taliban's administration.[1]
Ravil Mingazov's Combatant Status Review Tribunal states:[1]
- "...He also trained on how to make poisons at the Kara Karga camp outside of Kabul."
