The MBRL system is not the Pinaka (Pinaka missile) as mentioned by the original poster. The Pinaka is mounted on a 8x8 Tatra truck.

This is a BM-21 "Grad" (9K51 Grad). Distinguishing characteristics are the 4x10 box configuration of the rocket pack and the 6x6 Ural-375D Truck. The Pinaka system was in user trials during the Kargil War and used only in limited role to prove the system in combat conditions.
