Kanzaki District, Saga

Kanzaki (神埼郡; -gun) is a district located in Saga Prefecture, Japan.

As of 2006, the district has an estimated population of 49,597 and a density of 294 persons per km². The total area is 168.95 km².

  • Yoshinogari

  • On October 1, 2005, the village of Mitsuse merged into the city of Saga.
  • On March 1, 2006, the towns of Mitagawa and the village of Higashisefuri merged to form the new town of Yoshinogari.
  • On March 20, 2006, the municipalities of Kanzaki, Chiyoda, and Sefuri merged to form the new city of Kanzaki.
