The Kansas Koyotes are a professional indoor football team based out of Topeka, Kansas. The Koyotes compete in the American Professional Football League (APFL). They began play in 2003.

In their first four years of existence, the Koyotes have dominated the APFL, winning league title each season and having never been defeated until last year they lost twice. However, they competed in many close games during the 2005 season. In the APFL title game, the Koyotes won on a last second field goal against the Iowa Blackhawks.

The head coach of the Kansas Koyotes is Warren Seitz, who also coaches at a local Topeka high school (Topeka West). Many of the Kansas players played collegiate football for Washburn University.

The Koyotes, as well as the APFL, are owned by Ralph Adams. Their home arena is Landon Arena.
