The Kansas City Live Stock Exchange at 1600 Gennesse in Kansas City, Missouri in the West Bottoms was the headquarters of the Kansas City Stockyards.

The building which began in 1909 and completed in 1911 was the largest livestock exchange building in the world.

In 1957 a one-story additon was built on the south side for the Golden Ox Restaurant which had opened in the building in 1949.

It is on the National Register of Historic Places.
