Kansas City, Memphis and Birmingham Railroad

The Kansas City, Memphis & Birmingham Railroad is a defunct U.S. railroad; it was operationally absorbed into the St. Louis and San Francisco Railroad in 1896 although the assets were not formally transferred to the St. Louis-San Francisco Railway until 1928.
