Kane and Abel are a New Orleans rap duo consisting of twins David and Daniel Garcia, Puerto Rican brothers from the Bronx, New York. They were signed to Master P's No Limit label with good success, eventually leaving to start their own label, Most Wanted, as well as a successful business authoring hip-hop flavored novels. In 2001, they were sentenced to three years in prison for refusing to provide information related to reputed drug kingpin Richard Pena. Rumors circulated that the United States federal government was trying to pressure the brothers into providing details on a connection between Pena and No Limit Reocords owner Master P.
