Kane Ritchotte (born 11 October 1991 in California) is an American child actor and musician. He is probably best known for acting in the TV series Monk as Benjy Fleming. He has also appeared in the TV series Judging Amy as James Canello. He is currently the drummer for Disney's Devo tribute band, Devo 2.0. Kane is the drummer for the band called Vas Defrans with Dash LeFrancis on guitar and vocals and Max Whipple on bass. Their first CD, "Cirque DeFrans", will be out in September 2006. Kane is the son of Rocket Ritchotte, a guitarist who has played with Cher, Rickie Lee Jones, Steppenwolf, David Lee Roth, Lou Gramm and others. His mother, Kristi Kane, is a writer.
