Kan-Etsu Expressway

From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

The Kan-etsu Expressway (関越自動車道 Kan'etsu Jidōsha-dō?) is a divided, limited-access toll road that connects the Kantō region and the Kō-Shin-Etsu part of the Chubu region of Japan. Its name comes from Kantō and Etsu.

The Kan-etsu has two routes. Both begin in Tokyo and end in Niigata Prefecture. One route goes to the city of Niigata, the other terminates in Joetsu.
