Kamen-na-Obi

Kamen-na-Obi (Russian: Ка́мень-на-Оби́) is a town in Altai Krai, Russia, located on the left bank of the Ob River some 208 km northwest of Barnaul. The city was founded in 1670, designated an urban settlement in 1915, and granted a town status in 1925. The main industries are food-processing and brick and furniture manufacture
Population: 45,300 (2005 est.); 44,375 (2002 Census); 36,000 (1970).
