Kamel Nacif Borge is a Mexican businessman of Lebanese origin, known in Mexico as "El Rey de la Mezclilla" (the king of Denim). He has been accused by of negotiating the non-approval of gambling laws in Mexico with Emilio Gamboa Patrón. He has also been accused of having strong ties to Jean Succar Kuri, a Pederast, and negotiating the capture of journalist Lydia Cacho along with governor Mario Marin
