Kamayo

A minor dialect spoken in the area of Bislig City, in the Southern Philippines. An interesting word in Kamayo is "inday", which means literally "I don't know". This is interesting because, in Visayan the same word is a generic term for a female, roughly like "gal" in English. In Visayan, the translation of the phrase "I don't know" is "Ambot".
