Kalles is a traditional Swedish spread made from fish roe. It is often served on crisp bread. It has a smoky flavor with only a hint of fish. It is sometimes known as Kalles Caviar, although it is not akin to the usual idea of caviar. It is manufactured by Abba Seafood AB.
