Katri "Kaisa" Vellamo Parviainen (December 3, 1914 in Muuruvesi – October 21, 2002) was a Finnish athlete who mainly competed in the javelin for Turun Urheiluliitto.

She competed for Finland in the 1948 Summer Olympics held in London, United Kingdom in the javelin where she won the silver medal.
