Kaguyahime (輝夜姫?) is a manga by Reiko Shimizu.

Based on the Tale of the Bamboo Cutter, this manga tells of an island called Kabuchi-jima where ten children were raised in an orphanage as sacrifical victims. They manage to leave the island and think they had escaped their fates. But years later, almost they start to die at age sixteen in the order and the time they were as sacrifices. The only way to stop it is to go back on the island and seek out the cause - Kaguya Hime - and destroy it.
