Kadir İnanır was born in Fatsa, Ordu in Turkey on April 15, 1949.

He has been a popular Turkish film actor in forty-three films since 1967 and appeared on television in "Butun cocuklarim" as Ali Yahya in 2004.

In the Turkish cinema (Yeşilçam) he has always been the tough guy who always fought against injustice. He is also the founder of Kadirizm.
