K. J. Somaiya College of Engineering

The K.J. Somaiya College of Engineering, abbreviated as KJSCE, was established in 1983 at Somaiya Vidyavihar. It has the departments of Electronics Engineering, Telecommunications, Computer Science and Engineering, Information Technology and Mechanical Engineering.
KJSCE was the engineering college in Maharashtra to get accreditation by the National Board of Accreditation (New Delhi) in 1997.

Symphony, the inter-collegiate cultural festival of KJSCE, has created its name and popularity among Engineering and Management institutes under Mumbai University for the last decade. Every year about 75 institutes and 5000 students participate in the programme. The main aim is to promote, encourage and exhibit the talents of the students on a common platform and create interest in the classical, vocal and instrumental music.

Kshitij is annual magazine of K J Somaiya College of Engineering. This magazine is an attempt to provide the students a platform to reveal their ideas and hidden talents.
The choice of articles from student's consideration range from a very scholarly exploration of ideas in order to whet student's intellectual curiosity , to a few techniques for aiding personality development and general issues.
