K. J. Gabrielsson

Karl Johan (K. J.) Gabrielsson (1861 - 1901) was a Swedish poet and a socialist writer. Born in a poor family in Töreboda as the son of a rail way worker, K. J. Gabrielsson moved to Stockholm where he became a socialist and wrote for the paper Social-Demokraten, mostly revolutionary poems. He died from tuberculosis in 1901 after a long sickness.
