Rationale: (for William Gummow - This is the official Australian Government image of Gleeson CJ. It is almost impossible to get a photo of the judge outside the official photo provided by the Government (this one) as you can't take photos in court and the judges generally do not appear in public as tradition governs that they do not make public comment on political affairs. Politicians' photos (in the other branch of government) are available for publicity purposes under fair use - I think High Court judges at least would be available for fair use too. This image also generally improves the article and is of low resolution.
