JURIST is an online legal news service hosted by the University of Pittsburgh School of Law, edited by Professor Bernard Hibbitts and a staff of more than 40 law students working in Pittsburgh and other US locations. It features continously-updated US and international legal news researched in real time, expert commentary, key primary documents and video. In May 2006 JURIST won a Webby People's Voice Award as best Law website. In October 2006 it won a W3 Gold Award in the Law and Legal Services category. JURIST is provided as a public service and is completely non-commercial.
