Jupiter Comes Thundering In is the twenty-first episode of the English dub of the anime series Sailor Moon.

Serena (voiced by Tracey Moore) is walking to school, late as usual, when she is confronted by some shady characters. Fortunately for her, a girl beats the bullies up and rescues her. Much to Serena’s surprise, the girl is a new student at her school named Lita Kino (Susan Roman) with a bad reputation. Despite many warnings, she befriends Lita, and the two decide to go to the arcade, where they meet a boy, nicknamed "Game Machine Joe", who seems to be exceptionally good at the crane game. Lita falls for him immediately and decides to follow him. Meanwhile, Zoycite (Kirsten Bishop) has been given a new mission. Queen Beryl (Naz Edwards) tells her of the seven shadow warriors trapped inside the seven shards of the silver crystal known as the rainbow crystals. She must find the humans who possess them and retrieve them at all costs. It so happens that the first target is Game Machine Joe. Zoycite appears and attacks Joe, retrieving the first rainbow crystal and turning him into a monster. Luna (Jill Frappier) gives Lita a transformation pen and she becomes Sailor Jupiter. Luna also gives Sailor Moon a new weapon, the Crescent Moon Wand, and with it, she is able to turn the monster back into a human. They both welcome Sailor Jupiter onto the team. Serena is later struck by jealousy when Lita shows an interest in Andrew (Colin O'Meara).
